We ship via "Priority Mail" through the US Postal Service for all regular orders. For all special orders, when RUSH or OVERNIGHT shipping is required, please call our customer service department at
1-818-584-0058 or 1-800-578-4104 to place your order.
Normally, orders received in our offices before 2:00 pm (Pacific Standard Time) will ship the same day, otherwise, they will usually ship within 24 hours from the time they are received. Orders received over the weekend will usually ship the next earliest business day, which in most cases will be the following Monday.
Please Note: with the exception of Canada, international customs restrictions and payment issues prevent us from shipping to international locations at this time.

Order Fulfillment
We strive to fulfill your order correctly and quickly the same day it is received. In order to provide and maintain the best service to our customers, please follow our ordering guidelines (see "How To Order").
Undeliverable Packages
All packages returned to us un-opened within 30 days are issued a full refund. We cannot re-ship orders returned to us as undeliverable. Customers are welcome to re-order the products again. All undeliverable orders that are due to customer error will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made before the order ships. If the product has not shipped, a refund will be issued by the same method of payment the order was originally charged. If a cancellation is placed after the order has shipped, it is up to the customer to refuse the package or send the package back at their expense. Once the package is returned, a full refund will be issued, less shipping and handling charges. All refunds are processed within 5 business days. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.
